Application Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or scientific discipline. Know-how and experience in semiconductor back-end inspection processes. (Post Probing, Post Dicing and Post Wirebond Inspections) Ability to communicate effectively with customer, supplier and people at different levels at work. Analytical and good technical report writing skills. Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.

Software Development Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or scientific discipline. Experience in C++ and C# programming under windows based OS. Know-how in precision motion control and robotic automation programming. Ability to develop software system and HMI base on customer requirement. Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.​
Engineering Assistant (mechanical)
STPM or diploma in Engineering or scientific discipline. Assisting mechanical design engineer in equipment design activities. Familiarity with AutoCAD or Inventor mechanical design software. Ability to liaison with purchasing and supplier for parts and components delivery schedule. Involve in equipment assembly, prototyping test and preparing assembly drawings.
Engineering Assistant (electrical)
STPM or diploma in Engineering or scientific discipline. Assisting electrical design engineer in equipment design activities. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office or PLC programming. Ability to liaison with purchasing and supplier for parts and components delivery schedule. Involve in equipment assembly, prototyping test, preparing component layout and wiring diagrams.
Customer Support Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or scientific discipline. Involve in equipment installation, testing & commissioning, trouble shooting, repairing, routine preventive maintenance and training to the customers. Ability to communicate effectively with customer, supplier and people at different levels at work. Posses own transport and must be willing to travel both domestic and oversea extensively
CNC Programmer
Minimum 5 years experience in 3-axis or 5 axis CNC machining center and turning operations. Experience in MasterCAM programming software and ability to read and understand blueprint drawings. Knowledge in using all measuring tools associated with machining. Supervise, develop and coach a team of CNC technicians.
